Trees protect the climate
Trees absorb carbon dioxide (CO2). Being a greenhouse gas, atmospheric CO2 adds to global warming. It is very important for our society to slow down this development, for example by creating biological carbon dioxide sinks that store CO2.
TriVersion plants trees in selected projects in Europe and offers certificates for the planting to organizers of seminars and congresses, to companies and to private individuals. Each certificate attests the planting of a tree.
This is a constructive way to create an awareness of the challenge our climate poses today. At the same time this action already contributes to regulating the climate change, as well as to establishing and sustaining intact local ecosystems.
